Objectionly uses three concepts to organize your team and your data:
  • Admins run the workspace.
  • Members log in to view reports based on what they have access to.
  • Reps are sales rep profiles used to track calls and performance.

Roles

Admin

Runs the workspace and sees every rep’s data.

Member

Logs in to view dashboards, calls, and reports for assigned reps.

Rep

Represents a salesperson whose calls and performance are tracked.

Common tasks

Invite a teammate

Add a Member so they can log in and view workspace data.

Add a sales rep

Create a Rep profile so calls can be tracked and reported.

Change someone's role

Promote a Member to Admin or demote an Admin to Member.

Control member visibility

Choose which reps a Member can see.
