Automatic Meeting Processing

How It Works

Once connected, all new Zoom meetings will automatically be sent to Objectionly for AI-powered analysis and insights.

Processing Timeline

Processing Time: Transcripts are processed when Zoom completes the recording, typically taking up to 2x the meeting duration.

Requirements & Setup

Cloud Recording

Meetings must be recorded to the cloud (not local recording) for automatic import.

Audio Transcription

Transcription must be enabled in your Zoom settings for text analysis.

Configuring Zoom Settings

Need help with your Zoom configuration? Use these official Zoom guides:

Troubleshooting

If your meetings aren’t showing up, check these common issues:
  1. Cloud Recording: Verify meetings are recorded to the cloud, not locally
  2. Transcription Settings: Confirm audio transcription is enabled
  3. Processing Status: Check that recordings have finished processing in Zoom
  4. Plan Status: Ensure your Objectionly billing plan is active
If issues persist, contact our support team.
This usually happens when:
  • The meeting wasn’t recorded to the cloud
  • Transcription was disabled in Zoom settings
  • The meeting is still processing (allow up to 2x meeting duration)
Check your Zoom cloud recording settings and try again.

Removing the Zoom Integration

If you need to disconnect your Zoom integration:
1

Access Integrations

Navigate to the integrations page
2

Expand Zoom Integration

Click on the Zoom Integration section to expand it
3

Disconnect

Click the red “Disconnect” button to remove the integration
After disconnecting, Zoom will no longer capture future calls, but previously imported calls will remain in your Objectionly account.

Next Steps

Pro tip: Enable notifications in your Objectionly settings to get alerts when new meeting analyses are ready!
