VICIdial Setup

VICIdial requires configuration specific to your instance. Contact support from the Objectionly integrations page and our team will confirm the required access, coordinate the setup details, and start the connection process for you.

Open the VICIdial integration

In Objectionly, go to Dashboard → Integrations and select VICIdial.

Contact support

Click Contact support in the VICIdial setup dialog. Include your workspace name and the best point of contact for the VICIdial instance.

Coordinate setup

Support will review the requirements for your VICIdial instance, confirm any credentials or endpoint details needed, and guide the implementation.
