What You'll Need

  • An active Objectionly account
  • Access to your JustCall account and completed call recordings
  • A Zapier account

JustCall Setup

Import the Zapier template and configure the JustCall trigger

Use the JustCall Zapier template to create the Zap.For the first step, choose JustCall and set the trigger event to Call Completed or Call Completed (Sales Dialer).

Send the JustCall recording to Objectionly

For the second step, in the Setup tab choose the action event Upload Call Transcript.In the Config tab, map the fields like this:
  • Call title: Contact name ( {Contact Number} )
  • Transcript: Call Info Recording
  • Rep email: Agent Email
  • Rep name: Agent Name
  • Call date: Call Date
  • Call duration (minutes): Call Duration Total Duration
  • Description / summary: leave empty
  • External meeting reference: Id

Why this matters

Two supported triggers

Use Call Completed for standard JustCall calls or Call Completed (Sales Dialer) when the recording comes from Sales Dialer activity.

Stable call matching

Passing the JustCall Id as the external meeting reference helps Objectionly avoid duplicate call imports.
