Delete a rep only when the profile should no longer be tracked in Objectionly.

Open the Dashboard

Open Dashboard

Find the rep

Select the rep you want to remove.

Delete the rep

Select Delete.

Confirm removal

Confirm that you want to remove the rep.
Deleting a rep affects historical reporting for that person. If you only want to stop tracking new calls, leave the rep in place and stop call uploads.
