  <Accordion title="What's the difference between a Rep and a Member?" defaultOpen>
    A Rep is a sales rep profile used for reporting. A Member is a person who can log in to Objectionly. A Rep can become a Member if an Admin invites them.

  <Accordion title="Can a Rep log in to Objectionly?">
    Not by default. A Rep is just a reporting profile. If that person needs to log in, an Admin can invite them as a Member.

  <Accordion title="Why can't a Member see any calls?">
    Most likely they have not been assigned any rep access yet. An Admin can fix this on the Team page by assigning reps.

  <Accordion title="Who can add reps?">
    Only Admins.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Who can invite new Admins?">
    Only Admins.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can a Member upload calls?">
    No. Uploading, editing, and deleting calls is Admin-only.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I give someone billing access only?">
    Not currently. Billing access is part of the Admin role, which also includes full access to calls, reps, settings, integrations, and team management. If someone only needs to manage billing, they still need to be invited as an Admin. Only invite people you fully trust.

  <Accordion title="Does my workspace need at least one Admin?">
    Yes. You cannot demote or remove the last Admin.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Does deleting a rep delete their calls?">
    It affects how historical data is attributed in reporting. If you only want to stop tracking new calls, leave the rep in place.
