# Assign Rep Access

> Change which reps a Member can view in Objectionly.

Use rep access to control which sales rep data a Member can view.

## Assign rep access

  <Step title="Select the Member">
    Choose the Member whose rep access you want to update.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open rep access settings">
    Open the Member's **rep access** settings.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose an access type">
    Choose **all reps**, **specific reps**, or **none**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Pick specific reps, if needed">
    If you choose specific reps, select the reps from the list.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save the change">
    Changes take effect immediately.
