# Frequently Asked Questions

> Answers to common questions about Meeting Filters.

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="What's the difference between a call being filtered out and rejected?" defaultOpen>
    Filtered out just means Objectionly received the call but did not process it because of your filter settings. The call data is saved. You can still see it in Filtered Out Calls and allow it if you want. Nothing is rejected or deleted.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Will filtered out calls count against my plan?">
    No. Only processed calls count toward your usage.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Do filters apply to manually uploaded calls?">
    No. Manual uploads always bypass filters.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="If I turn on rep filtering, will my existing calls be affected?">
    No. Rep filtering only applies to calls that come in after you turn it on. Calls already in Objectionly are not affected.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I changed my title filters. Will old calls be re-filtered?">
    No. Filters only apply to new calls as they come in.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Why did a long call get filtered out?">
    Calls longer than 8 hours are filtered out automatically. If that is a problem, you can allow the specific call from Filtered Out Calls.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="A call I expected was never processed and is not in Filtered Out Calls. Where is it?">
    Check your integration's connection status. If the call is not showing up anywhere in Objectionly, it may not have reached us. Review your integration settings or contact support.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can Members manage Meeting Filters?">
    No. Only Admins can create, edit, or remove filters.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I have Title Filters and Rep Filters active at the same time?">
    Yes. A call has to pass every active filter to be processed.
